Sony's 6.4-inch Xperia Z Ultra may soon be joined by another super-sized Android option, with images of a phone allegedly known as the Xperia i1 hitting the internet. It's Xperia Z style featuring what appears to be a 5.3-inch or thereabouts display.
The phone, photographed sitting between an Xperia Z Ultra and the standard Xperia ZQ (a regional take on the Xperia Z), is said to feature a 20-Megapixel camera sensor as its key boasting point, with a "virtually borderless" display around the front and microSD card slot around the side -- but a non-removable battery.
Listing any other tech specs would be guesswork, but seeing as the Xperia Z Ultra features the top-drawer Snapdragon 800 processor, it'd be strange if this newer device was powered by anything less, especially as that camera hints at this being Sony's next new flagship model. [TechTudo via Cnet]
