Google's Motorola hardware team is preparing a new Android tablet, and it might end up looking like the popular, customisable, US-only Moto X. The names Moto XL (phablet) and Moto XXL (tablet) spring to mind.
The news comes from Motorola boss Dennis Woodside, who, when asked about future Moto tablet plans by Engadget, said: "That's something we are working on, but [there's] nothing specific to talk about right now."
However, he did suggest that the company's exploring other phone size options and different formats, saying that some of the "design cues, as well as technologies, from the Moto X" may appear in new form factors in the future. And hopefully not just in America. [Engadget]
