Argentinian artist Leandro Granato describes himself as a "pintura ocular" that, as those with a rough knowledge of Spanish might be able to guess, translates to something like EYE PAINTER. And it's as weird as it sounds.
Granato's innovative method involves snorting paint up his nose, then managing to squirt it out of his eyeball onto a canvas. He appears to still be able to see. In a video interview about the creative process he says he's happy for people to copy this style, although would like history to remember him as the man who invented the technique. [YouTube via Metro]
