Those after more whimsical fluff about pants and kissing from the new Bridget Jones novel may find it unexpectedly lunging back to the 1980s, thanks to a publishing error sticking pages from Only Fools and Horses star Sir David Jason's autobiography into the latest Jones novel.
Super-publisher Penguin Random House has admitted that a 40-page chunk of Jason's biog My Life has randomly appeared inside some print editions of Helen Fielding’s Mad About The Boy, although it's not known how many were affected. Expect the duff copies to turn up on a Peckham market stall before long.[Standard]
