Look no further if you wanted proof of the HTC One's awesomeness -- it knocked Apple and Samsung out of its way, to pick up three awards at last night's T3 Gadget Awards. Winning the Design award; Phone of the Year, and the big one, the Gadget of the Year, HTC only lost in one category, Tech Brand of the Year, to Samsung.
Sony had a roaring night, winning two awards; Digital Camera of the Year with the Sony NEX-6, and TV of the Year, with the Sony Bravia KD-65X9005A.
Apple didn't get entirely overlooked however, with judges awarding the Computer of the Year to the 11-inch MacBook Air, and tablet of the year with the iPad Mini. Small must be the new big.
Brought to life with thanks to sponsors Ford SYNC, Qualcomm and EE, last night marked the seventh annual T3 Gadget Awards, which was hosted by The Last Leg's Adam Hills, and attended by 600 of the industry's finest, along with the odd glamorous type, such as The Gadget Show's Jason Bradbury, and Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills.
