Users updating their Samsung Galaxy S3s to Samsung's latest Android 4.3 release have been plastering the internet with complaints about the poor quality of the release, so much so that Samsung's been forced into pulling the bug-update.
Samsung UK told its angry users: "As we are currently investigating the reported issues with Galaxy S3 4.3 Jelly Bean update, the upgrading service has been temporarily suspended. We are committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience, and will ensure to resume the upgrading service at the earliest possibility."
Complaints about the 4.3 update for the Galaxy S3 have been pretty wide, ranging from much poorer battery performance to huge lag when pressing the power button to pull the phone out of standby mode. If you've got it already, you're stuck with it. But if you haven't got it, don't click that update notification no matter how exciting it may seem. [BBC]
