It's really happening folks. On January 17, Barack Obama will remark on "the outcomes of the work that has been done in the review process" for reforming the country's intelligence practices, Press Secretary Jay Carney said Friday.
It'll be interesting to see exactly how the US president will come down on the NSA, in particular, since he seems slightly more critical about their spying lately. (It wasn't always like this.) Many expect Obama to heed the advice of the NSA advisory board—and lord knows there's plenty of it in their massive report. [The Hill]
