Well, in theory, anyway. Three has announced that all of its customers have now been transferred over to a free 4G tariff. While Three doesn't have nationwide 4G coverage, nor do all of its customers have 4G phones, all those with the appropriate smartphones passing through 4G areas should now be able to benefit from the increased mobile internet speeds.
Three's 4G sites are already live in 36 UK towns and cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Reading and Liverpool. It's hoping to have 98 per cent of the population covered by its 4G service by 2015.
