Movieclips Trailers analysed the total cost of being Captain America and after accounting for inflation came up with this number: $54,977,922.05 (£33,096,030.29).
That's cheaper than being Batman! And could actually be even cheaper if ol' Cap'n used a different shield. His vibranium shield alone costs $54,431,100 (£32,766,749.58) to make.
