Apple's iOS 7.1 should be arriving on devices soon. The app required to stream Apple's SXSW iTunes Festival, which starts in a week, supposedly requires the new OS.
Rumours about a mid-March release for the update have circled for some time, while developers have been working on the 7.1 version since last September. A few beta versions have been released since then, but nothing major. The full update will tweak visuals like the active background, improved keyboard, refine the icons for the Phone, FaceTime and Messages, and a change to the look of the phone dialler.
