It was only a matter of time of course -- Rockstar Games has taken this year's E3 conference to confirm that next-gen and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto 5 will release this Autumn, after months of speculation.
Announced initially during Sony's E3 PlayStation press conference, Rockstar Games has since confirmed that the game will be coming to the PC and Xbox One platforms too. Though many new features have been teased, few specific details have been revealed beyond the ability to transfer Grand Theft Auto Online saves to the new versions. Presumably, the PC version will offer mod support, too.
I'm not normally one to double-dip on re-released games but, having finished Grand Theft Auto V back before Christmas, and now having left it largely unplayed since, I'm feeling the urge to dive back into Los Santos once more. If you're going to splash out twice, it might as well be for one of the greatest games of all time, right?
