A little curvier than the usually sharp-edged Xperia Z line (a relief for those that think the current designs feel a little harsh when held), the handset is said to sport a full HD 4.6-inch display, powered by a Snapdragon 801 processor and backed by 3GB of RAM. A high resolution 20.7MP camera, equal to that found in the Xperia Z1 and Z2, is said to sit on the rear too.
It's a little bigger than the 4.5-inch rumours that have previously circulated, and that 3GB of RAM is more generous than the 2GB that had been mentioned in earlier leaks too. If it all comes together though, this would certainly be one of the more impressive "compact" devices out there. Expected to be revealed officially at this year's IFA conference, kicking off during the first week of September, there's not long to wait to find out if its the real deal.
