Why are people taking wedding photos in the middle of natural disasters? Is this becoming a new photo fad? Last week we had Josh Newton's photos in the middle of a raging fire in Oregon. Today we got Colleen Niska's photoshoot with a tornado as the backdrop.
I'm sure couples and photographers around the country are now hoping that some major disaster happens in the middle of their weddings to win Instagram for a day.

Do these photographs mean that marriage can survive all disasters or perhaps they are a metaphor of the disaster that marriage itself can be? Only time will tell them. In any case, I can't wait for the flood and deadly virus pandemic wedding photo series.
