We were all expecting LG to unveil the G3 Mini, but instead the company has gone and announced a 5-inch phone, which is actually only 0.5-inches smaller than the flagship G3. Is this the Mini that's been leaking in the past few months, or can we expect to see something truly diminutive at some point?
The KitKat-running G3 Beat's screen has a 720p resolution, with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage. There's also a microSD card slot, which will always get a thumbs up from us, especially if you plan on snapping lots of photos with its 8MP camera.
On the battery front, it's a 2540mAh affair.
Expect to see this on sale between July and August.
