Micro Figurines Explore Food-Filled Wilderness in Lilliputian Photo Series

By Gary Cutlack on at

Theses are photos from the Minimise Food series of images taken by William Kass, who's made a thing out of creating weird images in which toys surf along lettuce leaves and sunbathe on oranges. We may laugh, but he's probably knocking out prints for £6,000 a pop to bankers.

His gallery also shows men being shot out of marrows and the amazing Tomato Time Capsule Pasta (above), in which little people emerge, presumably in the future, from tomatoes which the viewer is led to infer may operate as cryogenic suspension pods. There's quite a lot to be said for this art business. [Minimise Food via Laughing Squid]
