Not enough bass in your beat? Too much treble in your trombone? If you're an iOS user of the Spotify music streaming service, you'll now be able to tweak individual frequency settings thanks to a newly-integrated equaliser feature. 22 presets will be included, or you can mastermind your own mix in the app. There's no word on the Android version of Spotify getting similar functionality, but seeing as third party equalisers can already be used on the platform, that's not too big a deal.
Other tweaks to the app include a redesigned Artists page on the iPad edition (which now pushes musicians' merchandise to the fore), with the Discover feature now tucked away inside the Browse tab. [Spotify]
