When the T-1000 Comes Knocking, Google's Bosses Won't Need Schwarzenegger to Save Them

I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle. Oh, and your killer-robot.txt file please!

It seems Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin are taking no chances when it comes to defending against humanities inevitable demise at the hands of SkyNet. Head over to www.google.com/killer-robots.txt, and you'll find Google has uploaded code commanding the T-800 and T-1000 assassination Terminators to spare the Google overlords:

User-Agent: T-1000
User-Agent: T-800
Disallow: /+LarryPage
Disallow: /+SergeyBrin

The Easter egg is actually there to mark the 20th anniversary of Google's Robots.txt file, instructing its site crawling bots to avoid selected directories of certain websites, a system that was adopted and still in use by most of the major search engines. [Google]

Thanks for the tip Joe!
