A New Kindle Paperwhite Has Just Been Launched...Sorta

It may not be the fancy-pants "IceWine" update that was rumoured at the tail end of last year, but Amazon has just released a new and (slightly) improved version of its Kindle Paperwhite eReader for 2014. An international edition (as shown by the drop-down country-select menu), the only real change between it and 2013's lauded model is a jump in storage space. Last year you got 2GB worth of space to fill with words, this year you get 4GB. That's probably enough for a whole public library's worth of books. [The Digital Reader via Engadget]
