There's an even quicker, even costlier, and even more desirable version of the McLaren P1 about to launch, with the British car maker revealing a GTR update of the classic single seater.

The P1 GTR has been designed as a track-only proposition, featuring an upgraded 986bhp engine, lower, fixed suspension, a new exhaust system and a larger fixed rear wing. It's for track racers only, but if you can afford to spend £2m on a car, you can afford to build your own race track or hire out Brands Hatch for a month. [Top Gear]
