Here's a not in the slightest bit funny story. A 22-year-old man visited the doctor to see why he'd been suffering persistent nosebleeds for a few years. The answer was a bit weird. He had a spare tooth growing up, out of his mouth and into his nostrils.
Apparently this sort of extra tooth thing is quite common, with spare teeth often developing in the mouth even when, as was the case with this poor man, there's a full set already in existence. An expert in dental development said the man's nose-tooth endoscopy pictured above produced "...the most impressive intranasal photo I think I've ever seen." [io9]
