Apple's App Rejection Overlords Finally Reveal Their Reasoning

Some of the mystery behind Apple's app rejection decisions has been solved, with the App Store bosses revealing a surprisingly mundane collection of reasons behind recent app knockbacks.

Apple's new Common App Rejections page is so open it even includes a list feature for easy consumption by today's internet users, with Apple's top 10 reasons for app rejections including such bland reasoning as "complex or less than very good" user interfaces, irrelevant names and descriptions, cloned icons and some that were published with obvious placeholder text.
