US star of The Apprentice and business mogul Donald Trump should really be fired from Twitter after the toupee-touting tycoon's latest online slip up. This afternoon, he was duped into retweeting a tribute to serial killers Fred and Rose West.
"Drinker" and "failed comedian" Philip Bradbury sent Trump a picture of the notorious Wests (who killed at least 11 before being arrested and charged in 1994), along with the message "My parents who passed away always said you were a big inspiration. Can you please RT for their memory?". A request that Trump was happy to oblige, sending it to his 2.7 million followers, before the trick was brought to his attention and removed after several hundred retweets.
While identifying British serial killers clearly isn't Trump's forte (nor would it have to be -- he's a businessman, not a crime historian), identifying wind-up Twitter accounts is something he should be able to do. And Bradbury could be spotted a mile off. His Twitter handle? @feckhead.
