So That's Why the Motorola Nexus 6 is Codenamed After Shamu the Whale

The LG G3 isn't exactly what you'd call a small phone, but it's being totally dwarfed in this picture, reportedly of Motorola's Nexus 6 phone, aka the "Shamu". Naming it after the world's most famous whale makes perfect sense now.

Following hot on the heels of a leaked spec sheet, the image seems to confirm the Nexus 6 will be going into full-on phablet territory -- it's got to be approaching the 6-inch mark going by that image above, lending credence to rumours that it measures up at 5.92-inches.

With the latest rumours putting the Nexus 6 on course for a mid-October launch, it's said to be powered by a Snapdragon 805 processor, with 3GB of RAM and a whopping 3,200mAh battery to keep a 2560 x 1440 display ticking over. It's going to need it. [XDA-Developers]
