Some poor 53-year-old cop is currently being shown how Snapchat works by someone half his age, as part of an effort to train up our police to better cope with the online harassment that now takes up so much of their time.

Coping with online stalking will soon become part of the policeman's training manual, as the anonymous hating of people on the internet continues to explode in popularity. Following changes to the English and Welsh laws it's become easier to prosecute stalkers, requiring our police to know what's going on when an angry person waves a mobile phone at them. [Independent]
