Stephen Hawking Contributes Vocals on the New Pink Floyd Album

He's got perhaps the most instantly recognisable voice of any man on the planet, but it's certainly not one you'd associate with being musical. But that's not stopped Stephen Hawking from making a guest appearance on Pink Floyd's new record, The Endless River.

The track in question? Talkin' Hawkin'. You couldn't make it up.

Set to be released on November 10th, it's the second time Hawking has collaborated with Pink Floyd, lending his electronic vocals to 1994's The Division Bell album. It'll be particularly gratifying for Hawking, whose amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is making it increasingly difficult for the professor to communicate. [Consequence of Sound]
