Vodafone Going Double-Play With UK Broadband Launch in 2015

Vodafone's latest financial update contained a short sentence covering its plans for home broadband in the UK, saying it'll be ready to launch something fixed and not the slightest bit mobile in the spring of 2015.

The announcement said the network will "...launch residential broadband services in the UK in Spring 2015, leveraging the infrastructure acquired with Cable & Wireless Worldwide," meaning it'll be going down the traditional fibre and cables route for its home internet options rather than offering a 4G solution.
