Universal Studios just released a 20-second teaser trailer for the upcoming forth instalment in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World—and it feels great to be back.
As teasers are wont to do, the brief spot doesn't show much -- meaning we have to wait a little bit longer to judge Gerald's initial misgivings. We do get to see some neat gizmos as characters go on some kind of high-tech safari ride and a very, very concerned-looking Chris Pratt. The best part of all of this is the slow piano melody playing John Williams' original theme.
This brief look is just a prelude to the full official trailer, which is expected to air on NBC on Thursday, or Thanksgiving as its known in the US (Velociraptors are known to look like six-foot turkeys after all). The plot of Jurassic World takes place 22 years after the events of the original film and shows that humanity has a really tough time learning their lesson.
