These ARE the Star Wars Headphones You're Looking For

SMS Audio is no stranger to the licensed headphone game, having worked with the Ayo Technology specialist 50 Cent often in the past. While we can't speak for the sound quality of these new Star Wars-themed cans, we can confidently state that they look bloody brilliant.

Following a limited first-edition run last year, the SMS Audio Star Wars headphones have been given a makeover with nifty new 3D detailing. From R2-D2's projector to Darth Vader's Speak-and-Spell chest box, it's impressive just how much character these over-ears squeeze onto each cup.

In terms of comfort, the headphones make use of leather-covered memory foam on the insides, with adjustable headbands. Each also makes use of passive noise cancellation technology, 40mm drivers and "enhanced bass" response.

Hitting the UK "later this year", there's no word on pricing yet. For reference however, note that the first edition Star Wars cans from SMS Audio retailed for around the £150 mark. Looking significantly cooler, expect these to match that price (if not being even costlier).
