Finally, You Can Play 'Rosemary West's House of Fortunes' in a Tweet

Twitter -- the world's first stop for breaking news, celebrity meltdowns and, now, embeddable MS-DOS games older than the majority of the social network's users.

Thanks to the Internet Archive, the distraction-enablers behind the Internet Arcade and Console Living Room, you can now pop the very best games of yesteryear into your tweets, playable directly in your feed.

From Prince of Persia to the Oregon Trail to the unfortunately-named Rosemary West's House of Fortunes, all you need to do is head over to the Internet Archive's MS-DOS library, grab the URL and pop it into your tweet.

The only restriction is that you'll need to be viewing Twitter within a desktop browser rather than an app. But who'd want to play Leisure Suit Larry on the bus anyway? [Kotaku UK]
