Jay Z Defends His Tidal Baby via Twitter Outpouring

Beyonce's buddy Jay Z has come out firing in defence of his Tidal streaming service, after the Internet at Large decided it's a flop no one cares about. It's not, says Jay, real name Jason Zimmerman, it's simply biding its time and it'll be as big as Spotify within the next nine years.

Z's rampage attempted to calm the #TidalFacts hashtag from mocking his service, as one of the streaming tool's many figureheads revealed it has around 770,000 subscribers after just one month of existence, says his competitors are spending money on a "smear campaign" to damage Tidal somehow, with the rapper ending his sermon with the plea: "Please give us a chance to grow & get better."
