Credit where it's due, the OnePlus One was one of the most exciting mobile launches of recent years. Affordable, powerful and not weighed down by a bloated interface, its drip-fed sales technique made for a feeling of exclusivity that set its owners apart from the Android masses. News of its sequel, the niftily-named OnePlus Two, was confirmed by OnePlus earlier this year, with the company aiming to have it out by the Autumn of 2015. Now, we've got what looks like our first look at the handsets specs.
The details come courtesy of Geekbench test data, and show similarities with the HTC One M9. If the Geekbench results do pertain to a OnePlus sequel, it will share the Qualcomm 810 processor (identified by the MSM8994 code number) with HTC's flagship, as well as 3GB of RAM. That's up from the Snapdragon 801 found in the original OnePlus One. The listing also suggests the handset may land with Android 5.1 Lollipop at its core, but with Google I/O just a week away and the phone's launch many months into the future, that could well change.
