Your iPhone is Now Your Oyster Card With UK Apple Pay

By Tom Pritchard on at

Now that we know Apple Pay is launching in the UK next month, Transport for London has announced that you'll be able to use the service to pay for trips on London public transport.

It'll work in the same way as paying with a contactless credit/debit card, negating the need for people to continually check their Oyster balance and top up when they run out of credit. Just hold your phone to the yellow scanner, and you're sorted.
