More details about HTC’s next flagship have dropped, with prolific leaker Evan Blass claiming that the M10 will feature a 3,000mAh battery and and a Super LCD 5 display. We certainly hope the rumour regarding stamina proves true. Samsung’s Galaxy S7 also features a 3,000mAh engine, and it’s capable of blasting through two days of use off a single charge. If the M10 can come anywhere near that, we’ll be mighty happy.
We were previously led to believe that the handset would feature an AMOLED screen, but the freshest gossip says otherwise. Super LCD is said to offer a ‘closer’, more immediate experience, as there’s no air gap between the outer glass and the display element. It’s also said to consume less power, which is more good news for the stamina-obsessed.

The handset is expected to arrive in the real world on April 11th. HTC has worked on improving the design of its flagship too, and fresh renders based on hearsay show off a handset that looks, frankly, yummy. However, with a release date reportedly set for May and the S7, S7 Edge, LG G5 and iPhone SE either already on the market or set to land before then, will HTC miss the boat? [Evan Blass, XDA]
