Three has announced its new 30GB data tariff, which will be available to customers on both contract handsets and SIM-only plans. The mobile operator says that customers on the new plan won't be crippled by tight tethering restrictions, but will be able to splash out all 30GB of mobile data on their other devices, such as laptops and tablets. Ahhh.
The company says it’s introduced the 30GB plan in response to consumer demand. Three announced it was scrapping its popular One Plan -- the UK's last unlimited tethering option at the time -- back in 2014, and caused outrage earlier this year when it tried bumping its customers onto dramatically more expensive contracts.
Complain loudly enough, and you'll be heard. Excellent work, public.
