Barclays hasn’t explained why it took such a long time to roll out support, but better late than never I suppose. All of the UK’s major banks now support Apple Pay, but it will be interesting to see how quickly they react to the introduction of Android Pay, which is due to land later this summer.

Which Devices Are Compatible?

Apple Pay works with the iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and later, Apple Watch, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro models. If it features an NFC chip and an Apple logo, you're flying.
