Having decided that splitting its pay monthly handset plans into three individual tiers with similar names is what customers need to clear up any confusion with pricing, EE has announced the 4GEE Essentials handset plan, the 4GEE handset plan and the 4GEE Max handset plan.
As its names suggests, the Max is the daddy of the group, including ‘Roam Like Home’ (think Feel At Home, but on EE) and access to the BT Sport app for the length of the contract. £25.99 per month will get you 3GB of data, as well as unlimited UK minutes and texts, while the £45.99 per month moneybags option provides 40GB of data.
Below Max is the 4GEE handset plan, which offers 4G download speeds of up to 60mbps, unlimited UK minutes and texts and 500MB of EU roaming goodness. At the foot of the table is the 4GEE Essentials handset plan, which bags you 4G download speeds of up to 20Mbps and unlimited UK texts.
Both the 4GEE handset plan and the 4GEE Essentials handset plan come with six months of free access to the BT Sport app. You can check out all of the numbers in the graphic below, because it doesn't really make much sense to type them out.
You can find a complete list of handsets available with each of the plans on the EE website.
