BBC Reportedly Set to Reverse Chris Evans' Top Gear Changes

Like the vast majority of the show’s fans, the BBC reportedly wants to block out all memories of Chris Evans’ disastrous spell as Top Gear host.

According to the Sun, that’ll involve scrapping the revamped show’s new segments -- some of which actually went down pretty well with viewers -- and bringing back a bunch of features from Clarkson’s day, including The Cool Wall.

Star In A Rallycross Car is believed to have been given the chop, with the slightly stale Star in a Reasonably Priced Car set to return, and Danny Baker, who’d been brought in to make last season’s scripts a bit funnier, is no longer wanted.

Matt LeBlanc is now the show’s main host, and he’ll no doubt play close attention to Clarkson, May and Hammond when The Grand Tour premieres later this month. [Sun]
