If, like us, you're jumping up and down waiting to see what the Samsung Galaxy S8 has to offer, you'll be pleased to know that Carphone Warehouse has already opened pre-registration for the new phone.
The website doesn't refer to the phone as the S8 (that name still hasn't been confirmed) - instead it says "the next Samsung Galaxy premium handset." It's not clear whether that means it won't be called the S8, or whether Samsung just won't let anyone confirm something that everyone pretty much knows anyway.
After the terrible year Samsung's had, it's likely they'll be throwing everything they've got into ensuring the phone is a roaring success - which is one of the reasons they held it back from launching at MWC. The company apparently wants to make sure it's absolutely perfect before risking setting it out into the world - and that kind of work takes time.
We have precious few details on the S8 for now, just one unofficial video and one official one:
But if that's enough to whet your appetite, you can register your interest at Carphone Warehouse now. Samsung has allegedly said they'd be looking towards interest in the LG G6 to decide whether to open preorders early, so maybe if we all register our interest, we won't have to wait as long.
