Oh my, here is some shocking news that nobody could have possibly foreseen! If this new leak is anything to go by, the iPhone 8 (or iPhone X, or whatever you want to call it) is going to be quite an expensive device.
To be honest we all knew this was coming. Apple products aren't known for being budget friendly, and with the prices of other premium phones sneaking up we all knew Apple would likely follow suit. That's what Apple does best these days.
The 'leak' comes from Benjamin Geskin, aka VenyaGeskin1, who claims his source is a friend of a friend who works at Apple.
64 GB: 999$
256 GB: 1099$
512 GB: 1199$

Naturally this is completely unverified, and you should consume those figures with a massive serving of scepticism, but those figures aren't that surprising. Samsung's Galaxy Note 8 is $929 for a 64GB model, and you can be damn sure Apple wasn't going to undercut on price. That's not how Apple operates in a post-iPhone world.
As for UK pricing, if the last few launches are anything to go by, you can probably knock a 50 off each figure to get a rough conversion. So that means £949 for 64GB, £1049 for 256GB, and £1149 for 512GB. Provided, of course, that those numbers are legit. [Slashgear]
