Good. God. As a collective species, what have we done to deserve this? Well, plenty. Still, as much as humanity sucks, we don't quite deserve a Spice Girls reunion... though we're getting one anyway.
Yes, one of the worst pop acts of all time could be getting the band back together for the first time since 2012. The various Spices were recently spotted at Geri Horner's house, and in an interview with the BBC, Melanie Chisholm – aka Sporty Spice – said the women had been talking about "opportunities and ideas" but that there was "nothing set in stone".
The former group were also photographed at Geri Horner's house, and as the table in the following Instagram shot shows, they'd clearly been on the sauce:
In her interview with Dermot O'Leary on the BBC Radio 2's Saturday Breakfast Show, Mel C said:
"It's the worst kept secret in showbiz always... It was lovely to get together, so we are talking about opportunities, ideas we have for the future... but you know, it's early stages and there's nothing set in stone, there is no big announcement."
I really hope said announcement never comes. Although as a human being who paid actual currency for the Spice Girls first album, I'm clearly both a massive hypocrite and a terrible person.
