We Can Live-Stream Zuckerberg's EU Interrogation Tomorrow

By Gary Cutlack on at

The EU is about to haul Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in for questioning, and you might want to have your virtual assistant remind you of the time, as it's all going to be live-streamed online tomorrow.

Zuckerberg and his people were against the idea of having the hearing being broadcast to the public, which led to quite the backlash from MEPs -- and a petition that gathered around 30,000 signatures. So we'll now be allowed to watch, which you probably should do now as it's a rare example of a petition actually doing good for once.

The live stream will appear on the European Parliament site tomorrow, when Zuckerberg is set to be made to sweat a little bit between the hours of 18:15 and 19:30, EU time, so that should be from 17:15 in the UK. [Twitter via BBC]
