Star Wars is one of the flagship franchises in Lego's portfolio, and with all the films coming out you better believe it's going to take advantage and try to flog us some new sets. Wile we've already had a lot of new Lego hit shop shelves over the past several months, more are on the way and should be arriving later this year.
First up, Lego is expanding its never-ending Brickheadz range with a selection of new figures from The Empire Strikes Back. Lego revealed on Twitter that we'll be getting Brickhead versions of Boba Fett, Princess Leia (from Episode IV) alongside a Luke/Yoda bundle. The only release information Lego gave us is 'Coming Soon', but apparently they'll be out on August 1st.

We don't have exact UK pricing there, but over in the States it'll cost $10 for Fett and Leia, while Luke and Yoda is $15. It's probably safe to assume ego will swap the dollar signs for pound signs given how cheap they are. This is also the first time Fett goes on regular sale. He had appeared as a Brickhead before, alongside Han Solo's carbonite prison, but that was exclusive to last year's New York Comic Con and thus fetches an insane price on the resale market.
Space.com also has pictures of newer sets that will be arriving on 1st August. You'll have to click through their gallery if you want to see them, since us pinching them would be a dick move, but here's a run down of what will be hitting shop shelves:
- Snoke's throne room, complete with Rey, Snoke, Kylo Ren, and two Praetorian Guards, RRP $70, 492 pieces
- Anakin's original Jedi starfighter from The Clone Wars, with Anakin Skywalker and R2-D2, RRP $25, 247 pieces
- Rebel X-Wing with Luke, R2_D2, Biggs Darklighter, and R2-Q2, RRP $80, 731 pieces
- A new, smaller version of the Sandcrawler, with Luke, two Jawas, 3B6-RA-7, R5-D4, and a tatty medical droid. RRP is $120, with 1,239 pieces.
Still no UK pricing there, but don't expect much in the way of conversion savings.
