You Can Now Order a OnePlus 6 From Amazon UK

The OnePlus 6T is confirmed to be arriving at the end of the month, but it seems there's still plenty of life on the six-month old OnePlus 6. As of right now you can go and buy the device from Amazon's UK website, ending your need to either buy it from O2 or pay for the shipping costs associated with OnePlus's own online store.

The listings were spotted by Trusted Reviews, and the devices in question are listed as pre-orders ready for a 16th October launch. Prices are the same as buying directly from OnePlus, but with the added advantage of free delivery or Amazon Prime. The other bonus is that Amazon is selling all the different variants of the phone, in all available colours, including the limited edition red and Silk White devices. What's more, most of those variants have vanished from OnePlus's own website, meaning this is the only place you can get an unlocked OnePlus 6 that has anything other than 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

It's not clear whether the OnePlus 6T will also be available via Amazon, but it would be weird to partner up with a new retailer if the next flagship wasn't going to be available. Then again this could be a way of dumping the old stock on a different retailer, so OnePlus (and probably O2) can focus on the incoming device.

The key 6T features we know about include the waterdrop notch, an in-display fingerprint scanner, a bigger battery, and no headphone jack. The internals are expected to be the same as the OnePlus 6T, with a Snapdragon 845 chipset and similar amounts of RAM. The phone is due to be announced on 30th October, ready for release on 6th November. [Trusted Reviews]
