Earlier today OnePlus teased that the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition would also come with a reinvigorated fast charging system - possibly with the Warp Charge name that's been rumoured for months. This afternoon a bunch of other stuff leaked out onto the web, including images of a phone so orange it would blend in perfectly if you snuck one inside the Oval Office.

As you can see they come from Ishan Agarwal (who is apparently 15, and clearly doing more with his teens than all of us combined). On top of the fact that it seems to confirm the phone will be coming in a McLaren-esque colour called 'Speed Orange', it mentions something called 'Warp Charge 30'. That change is in tune with rumours and the teaser OnePlus released earlier today, though it's worth pointing out that Warp Charge 30 offers "a day's power in 20 minutes".
Currently the-artist-formerly-known-as-Dash Charge promises a day's charge in 30 minutes, meaning the new phone is getting an upgraded version of the tech. The name implies Warp Charge 30 has a 30W charger, while current OnePlus fast chargers only offer 20W, which would account for the time difference. If the new chargers keep the same 5V output, the increased wattage means a 6A output overall, assuming I've done my maths properly. I was never any good at physics, so if I'm wrong someone will no doubt shout at me in the comments.
Tuesday isn't very far away, and with the announcement set to take place at 9.30 am we don't have to wait very long to see how much of this is true. [9t05Google]
