The Huawei P30 Won't Launch at MWC

Despite all the negative press Huawei is getting at the moment, its consumer products are still top-notch. So we're excited to see what the next flagship in the P line has to offer: the P30.

There was some chatter that we might see the P30 at Mobile World Congress later this month, when a glut of new phones is always unveiled and we fill our nerdy boots with cool mobile stuff.

We already knew Huawei would be showing off its folding 5G phone at MWC, but now it seems the P30 won't be joining it.

In an unrelated press release about new hires in its Polish office, Huawei let slip that the next phone in the P series will be launched in Paris in March.

We've already had several leaks of the P30, including purported renders of the P30 Pro, rumours about a huge optical zoom and a pretty ugly image of the back:

As for what else the P30 has to offer, it seems we'll find out in March.
