Thankfully those who took a leap of faith and pre-ordered the new LaFerrari supercar can now breath a sigh of relief as Hublot has revealed the complementing MP-05 "LaFerrari' watch that's a mechanical masterpiece in its own right. When you think of the best of F1 drivers, you kind of assume that their prowess on the track is god-given, and while you might be right to some extent, they certainly practice, a lot. This is the very simulator that Ferrari built for Fernando Alonso, and apparently it can even be programmed to teach him new tricks. Read More >>
With the launch of the awesome-yet-horrendously-named LaFerrari, the Italian lust-machine maker is pulling out all the stops to make sure you know where its latest beast has come from. If it were human, the LaFerrari would have incredible genes. I mean, just look at its parentage, from the 288 GTO through the F40, F50 and Enzo. All incredible cars. Read More >>
No, that's not a typo, Ferrari's new V12, sub-three-second hypercar is called LaFerrari. It's a hybrid, made entirely out of carbon fibre, and packs 949bhp to annihilate people at the lights. The F12berlinetta packs a new generation, 6.3-litre 730HP V12 engine and a dual-clutch gear box straight out of F1 – this thing will be an absolute beast doing 0-62mph in just 3.1-freaking-seconds, and it doesn’t look half bad either.
