Stop what you're doing right now and start scrolling through this Tumblr of colourful images of planes and bridges and mats and packaging and other everyday items morphing into each other. It's like if each Tumblr post was singing for your attention. Read More >>

Judging by Google popularity, the word "tumblr" will be a more common search term than "blog" before the end of the year. Welcome to the future, where the majority of web sites sound like band names. Read More >>
Tumblr, preeminent internet fount of animated GIFs, fleeting memes, and copyright infringement, has one terrific thing going for it: the only human-friendly, genuinely funny terms of service we've ever encountered on the internet. Read More >>
Great ideas for band names pop up all the time. Just last week, Vapour Rush was suggested as a possible name for my future Brit Rock project — a phrase stolen from a medical device designed to treat emphysema. But those weird little phrases, previously tossed aside and forgotten about, actually get put to use these days: as Tumblr sites. Read More >>
