Vodafone's not quite ready to battle EE in the 4G market, with plans to launch a rival superfast network pushed back to the "end of the summer" when it believes there's a "good commercial window" for it. Which we think means fleecing iPhone upgraders for an extra fiver a month, come the arrival of the next Apple handset. Read More >>
According to a supposedly leaked Mr. Blurrycam shot from Vodafone's inventory system, snagged by Stuff, Apple's next phone won't be the iPhone 5S, it'll simply be called the iPhone 6, which is very interesting if true. Read More >>

Mother Nature has impacted upon the quality of life of Vodafone customers in Southampton, thanks to a pair of local peregrine falcons choosing one of the network's mobile masts as their 2013 nesting spot. Read More >>
Ofcom's looking into ways of stopping controversial mid-contract mobile price rises, with one option being to separate charges the networks are responsible for from ones outside of their control. This, says Vodafone, could mean non-stop SMS spam every time a sex chat line ups its fees. Read More >>
Yes, this is it folks. The auction's over after 50 rounds of bidding, and now the networks have up until midnight tonight to fork out the collective £2.3 billion odd in cash. But who won what, and how much? Seems Vodafone was on a full-on 4G crusade. Read More >>
By the looks of it, Apple's latest and greatest iOS 6.1 update has broken quite a few things. Vodafone's having issues, and apparently it's destroyed the battery life of quite a few people's iPhones, according to Apple's message boards at least. Has anyone seen a drop in battery life? Read More >>

This might be a little bit too late, but Vodafone's warning iPhone users to steer clear of the latest iOS 6.1 update as it apparently causes issues with 3G data, texts and calls -- basically everything, then. Apparently Apple's working on a fix, but who knows how long that'll take. Read More >>

Ofcom's released the names of the companies who are all-in, bidding for the UK 4G spectrum allocation, and there's not four, but seven of them. The usual suspects are all there, of course -- Vodafone, Three, O2 and EE -- but then we've got some surprise contenders. BT for one, another Hong Kong-based phone network, and some chaps from Buckinghamshire. This just got interesting. Read More >>
