Microsoft’s Lumia 950 is the first interesting Windows phone to be released in a while, and the first to carry Windows 10.
Windows Phone has always been a conundrum. It’s a platform filled with good ideas, but something kept it from being my smartphone go-to. With the Lumia 950 and 950XL, I’m experiencing a serious case of déjà vu.
Thanks to the @evleaks Twitter account, we’ve got a good look at the two new premium Lumias Microsoft is supposedly announcing in October, and things are looking fan-freaking-tastic.

Yesterday's sacking of 7,000 people and $7,000,000,000 written off the company's value is the latest in a long line of events showing Microsoft's dismissal of Windows Phone hardware.
It probably wasn't worth buying Nokia now...

Microsoft is making it ridiculously easy to port Android apps to the Windows Store. And everything else too: iOS apps, Win23 (desktop) applications—even websites.
Phones are getting bigger. Computers, smaller. And according to Microsoft, soon there won’t be any difference in their software at all.
