Sky has put a new version of its Sky Go app up on iTunes today, which brings the company's subscription Movies packages to iOS devices.
The new version 2.0.0 of the Sky Go app is up on iTunes right now, giving existing subscribers of Sky Movies 1 & 2 all eleven of Sky's film channels through the mobile apps, plus access to on-demand viewings. Currently you will need to be connected through wi-fi for the magic to happen, although Sky says 3G capability will come "by the end of the year."
As for Android? Sadly Sky didn't use today as an excuse to launch the previously mentioned Sky Go for Google phones, instead trying to keep Android users onside by saying "Sky Go app is to launch on Android handsets in the coming months." [Sky Go]
